Wouldn’t it be nice to have a night out with friends!
I’m very pleased to say that your Annual Captains Dinner is on; the dinner committee of Rob Ford, Stephen Butterfield and David Bate have been working hard to organise a night out of the calibre you’d expect and that’s what they’ll deliver.
It’s the Captains’ Diamond Jubilee, being 60 years since those Captains of 1962 came together to form a society of Past Somerset Captains. Respect to them and an added reason to celebrate and make this year special.
Your committee look forward to seeing you at the Somerset County Cricket Club on the 4th ofMarch for what will be a special celebration and a great night out with friends new and old.
Stephen Butterfield, your current Captain, and principal organiser of the dinner, still has some spaces but please act now to book. The absolute end date for bookings is the 18th February but Stephen would welcome your requirements as soon as possible. Thank you.
